Insurance fraud

We usually have an insurance each one person. If you have a car, you would have more insurance than one. But some people use this for fraud in bad way especially about car. In Korea, insurance fraud is very often.

First, there is a car that driving in road. And there is a man in the middle. But suddenly, the man rush to the car and hit his body to the car. It happened for 3 seconds.
Some people install a camera to prevent insurance fraud or to make sure if he or she is in car accident. In this situation, the driver is lucky because the video can prove his innocent. If he doesn't have a camera in his car, it's difficult to explain his situation.

I think I can't explain the situation although the accident is not real. Eventually the truth would reveal but the process was difficult. Maybe most of the drivers can be tricked a insurance fraud.
